We initially hired Pinnacle Home Inspection Plus because they were the one inspection company that offered helpful advice and then followed up after the initial consultation. And in such a time sensitive business, knowing you will receive a call back that is timely is everything. Upon meeting Stuart Fuchsman at the inspection he was personable, after we spoke a bit he made the inspection personal. personal I mean he would point things out that might be a hazard to our young daughter. Stuart was easygoing about everything...except his job. He is thorough and all about business. He is knowledgeable and does not cut corners. His rates are competitive. And I hope he feels free to use me as a reference. The home buying experience is stressful and it was nice to work with someone that alleviated that tension. This is my honest assessment and I have not been compensated in any way for my review.

Stuart did a thorough and complete job inspecting the entire home. He arrived ~15-30 minutes early and had already begun initial work. He clearly explained every issue in clear, understandable nomenclature. Stuart provided a report that was clear and understandable. Photos evidenced all the issues he observed. Going above and beyond, Stuart visited the property a second time because some of the pictures he took didn't come out perfectly for the report.
